In Q1 2026, with cross-departmental support unavailable, I leveraged my end-to-end expertise in post-tension slab systems — spanning sales, design, drawing, production, and installation — to independently manage the full sales cycle. By providing technical guidance and making autonomous decisions on pricing and payment terms, I personally delivered 30% of the team’s quarterly target across three consecutive months. By Q2, company capacity had been fully utilised, limiting further deal closures.
ERP Redevelopment & CAD-to-ERP Integration
Led the IT team in a full redevelopment of C-Post’s proprietary ERP system, applying my combined knowledge of business operations and software development. I also authored new GstarLisp code to enable direct data transfer from AutoCAD into the new ERP, replacing a legacy codebase that had become inaccessible after the original developer’s departure. This project gave me hands-on expertise in Lisp programming — a niche skill held by very few professionals in the industry.
Strategic Partnership with a Cambodian Market Leader
Working alongside company directors and colleagues, I successfully negotiated a partnership with a well-established Cambodian construction firm. This expanded C-Post’s regional reach, enabling access to a broader customer base through the partner’s existing reputation and local network.
Price Renegotiation During COVID-19 & Supply Chain Disruption
During the COVID-19 pandemic and global supply chain crisis, construction material costs approximately doubled while projects faced widespread delays. I led negotiations across multiple active projects to revise contract prices accordingly — one case requiring nearly two years of sustained negotiation before reaching a mutually agreed settlement.

Company ERP System Redevelopment
Led the full redevelopment of C-Post’s internal ERP system from the ground up, acting as both project lead and key technical contributor. I translated operational requirements from all departments — sales, production, procurement, and finance — into a unified system design that replaced the company’s outdated legacy software.
CAD-to-ERP Data Pipeline (GstarLisp)
Designed and developed a GstarLisp script to automate data transfer directly from AutoCAD drawing files into the company’s ERP. This eliminated manual data re-entry, reduced errors in the production workflow, and replaced an undocumented legacy script that had become unmaintainable.
Sales Trend & Materials Price Analysis Tool
